LA PORTE | Join us at the La Porte County Historical Society Museum on Saturday October 5 at 1 p.m. for a fun afternoon of painting your own Masterpiece!
This program is in conjunction with our “Off the Wall” current exhibit showcasing local La Porte County artists. This art display is on view from September through the end of November at the museum. Here is an opportunity for you to not only appreciate some art but to also create some with your very own unique touch.
These painting classes are very popular events right now, so why not join in the excitement and paint the town or possibly a popular local round barn and enjoy some refreshments, too! Our two local artists Dori Huber and Sheila Saunders will give you step by step instructions to complete your art work while you have a great time with friends or meeting new friends. All supplies are provided. Sign up for a little bit of paint and a whole lot of fun. The party starts at 1P.M. and the cost is $25 each, which includes the art instructor, canvas, use of all art supplies, refreshments, and admission to the museum. Please note that if you are a La Porte County Historical Society Member you will receive 10% off.
Seating is limited so please save yours as soon as possible. To save your place for the “Painting Party”, reservations will be taken over the phone; however, payment must be received by noon on Friday, October 4th, 2013.
