WESTVILLE | The Purdue University North Central will offer the noncredit Real Estate Pre-Licensing Program for Salespersons through the Office of Graduate and Extended Learning.
This course will prepare students to take the Indiana Real Estate Licensing Examination and become licensed real estate salespeople.
Classes will meet from 6 until 9 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays from March 25 through May 23.
Ruth Lang, the program's primary instructor, has more than 20 years of experience as a broker, managing broker, trainer and pre-licensing program instructor. Lang, currently managing broker for Century 21 Pace Realty in Valparaiso, serves as a mentor for all new agents joining any of Pace's three Northwest Indiana offices.
The course fee is $349, which includes all books and materials. The registration deadline is at 5 p.m. March 11. Seats are limited.
