LAPORTE | Santa is coming to town for his annual parade in downtown LaPorte!

He will be heading down Lincolnway beginning at noon on Saturday Nov. 30 and then be available for visits at his village and chalet through 2 p.m. at the historic train depot, 803 Washington St.

The tree lighting directly follows the parade as well as free visits with Santa in his chalet and holiday vendors will last until 2 p.m. Free hot chocolate is provided by B&J's American Café.

The La Porte Kiwanis Club and the Greater La Porte Chamber of Commerce sponsor the event.

Santa’s chalet hours continue along with free train rides from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays Dec. 7, 14 and 21.

Toys for Tots donations will be accepted.
