LAPORTE | “Lights, Camera . . . The Oscars!” salutes the awards event with an evening of actors, skits and a salute of movie music by Hollywood composers.

The LaPorte County Symphony Orchestra presents the evening with the help of performers from LaPorte Little Theatre at 7:30 p.m. Saturday Nov. 16 at the LaPorte Civic Auditorium, 1001 Ridge St. Guests can also attend a dinner at 6 p.m. that is served by Portofino’s Restaurant.
