The staff was nominated for its friendliness and knowledge of the large amount of pet and animal products the store features.

The R.O.S.E. Award is given to employees at LaPorte County businesses, who go above and beyond in their service to customers. Customers or managers nominate employees who they feel have given exemplary customer service.
