MICHIGAN CITY | The Michigan City Mainstreet Association presents the First Friday Art Walk in the Uptown Arts District this Friday, November 1, 2013 from 5pm to 8pm. The Uptown Arts District is comprised of fine art galleries, businesses, retail and restaurants located in the area from 11th Street to the lake and Spring Street to Wabash Street in Michigan City, IN.
New this month, the La Porte County Convention and Visitors Bureau will be providing an “Art Shuttle” to assist in getting visitors around to all the great art stops in the downtown area. Shuttle stops include the Lubeznik Center for the Arts, 4th Street and 8th Street and Franklin Street.
