WESTVILLE | Purdue University North Central Office of Graduate and Extended Learning will offer a non-credit course to prepare students to take the Indiana Home Inspector examination and become licensed home inspectors in Indiana.
A licensed Indiana home inspector and experienced instructor will teach students about the intricacies of building structures and systems, as well as demonstrate investigative techniques needed to complete inspections of homes and businesses. Students also will receive in-depth instruction on Indiana state law, report writing and marketing their own future home inspection business.
"Pre-licensing for Home Inspectors" will meet at the PNC Westville Campus on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 6 to April 16, from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration is $1,350 and a textbook and course materials are included.
The registration deadline for this program is Jan. 3 and seats are limited. Registrations are complete when the program fee has been paid in full."
