BLAIRSTOWN, NJ - Barry George Eldridge 1940 - 2018, resident of Blairstown, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Newton Memorial Hospital at the age 77. He lost his long battle with Parkinson's disease, but died peacefully surrounded by the family he loved. Mr. Eldridge was born in Peru, Indiana and attended Hammond High School, where he lettered in three sports. Mr. Eldridge was also a Veteran of the Vietnam War.
Mr. Eldridge was a Pioneer in the Long Term Care Industry and an idol to many. He opened Individual Commercial Brokerage (ICB) in 1983 and was a founding member of the National Long Term Care Network (NLTCN). He is survived by his two sons: Rick Eldridge (his wife Rebekah) and Jeff Eldridge, his grandson, Travis Eldridge; and two brothers: Bubba and Buzz. He is predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Thelma, and brother Billy.
