Stephen James White born September 25, 1949, passed suddenly in California on November 13 2017. Steve is survived by his loving wife, Juliene White (nee Stuart); beloved children Bobby White, Whitney (Jason) Chapman, and Zak (Lorie) White, cherished grandchildren Ryland, Brinley and Hailey White and Jude, Jacob and Jordan Chapman; devoted sister, Carolyn (Jerry) Kuehl; and brother, Terry (Mariane) White and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family. Steve is preceded in death by his parents Daniel Eugene and Ruth (Collins) White.

Steve was born in Chicago, raised in Calumet City and moved to California in the 1970's. He dabbled in his Uncle Byron's catering business before starting his own boat rental business, Wanna Play Random Rentals in Lake Elsinore. Steve spent the remainder of his career at the Orange County Transportation Authority, where he met his wife Juliene and where he retired in September of 2011. He was active in AA and was a key speaker all over the State of California. Steve was an avid motorcycle rider with a personality larger than life. Steve made friends wherever he went, always with a smile on his face and a gleam in his eye.
