Northwest Indiana | Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehabilitation Center has a ‘Wish List’ this holiday season and is asking community members and local businesses to remember them as they do their holiday shopping. “Wish List”:
· Office supplies (post-it notes, copy paper, tape, pens, paper clips, white out, etc)
· Printer cartridges: HP 12 A & 15 A
· 100 stocking stuffers for clients (hot wheels, gift certificates, movie tickets, etc.) No Candy
· Donation towards our ‘Adopt-a-Child’ Program ($100 buys a month of therapy for one child)
· 2 new desktop computers with monitors
· 6 Office task chairs with arms
· 3 office telephones: Panasonic KX TA 824
· Paper products: Kleenex, paper towels, toweling paper
· Play dough, silly puddy, manipulative toys for counting (plastic soldiers, small bouncy balls, beanie babies, hot wheels, etc.)
· Stationary & gift cards: birthday cards & thank-you cards
· Wi-fit game system & games
· 44” Flat Screen TV
· Games: for ages 0-3yrs, and 3-10yrs.
· Monetary donations for therapeutic equipment (more information on website)
Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehab Center is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit outpatient rehabilitation center for children with special needs. The mission of the organization is to give hope to families with special children. Jacob’s Ladder treats children ages infant-15 years old.
