Chamber offers new online marketing opportunities to members

CHESTERTON | The Chesterton/Duneland Chamber of Commerce has partnered with ChamberMaster. "I'm very excited about bringing ChamberMaster into our office," said Heather Ennis, Executive Director of the Chamber. "The software will enable us to fully integrate the needs of our membership, while also adding significant value to our current offerings."

Through this partnership, the chamber is able to offer members a series of free new online marketing tools, including:

Business Directory Listing - Member business information is available to customers through the Chamber's website. Visitors can search by category, keyword or alphabetically.

Online Informational Brochure - Members have their own pages on the chamber's website, which can include a business description, hours of operation, location information, and up to eight keywords (these help identify a business when a website visitor does a keyword search on the Business Directory). Coming Soon: The ability to post a logo on the web page.

Event Registration- Members are able to register online for Chamber events using a secure login and password.

Job Postings- Members can add their own job openings to the Chamber's website.

Event Posting - Members can add their business' events to the Chamber's Online Events Calendar. Chamber website visitors can then add those events to Outlook, e-mail the details to a friend and request an automatically generated email reminder for the event.

"Email to a friend" link - Visitors to Members' Online Informational Brochures may select a link to email the business' information to a friend.
