PORTER | A 19-year-old Westville man has been charged with child molestation.
Zachary Coen was charged Friday in Porter Superior with a Class B felony.
Court documents allege Coen had sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 14 between February 2007 and December 2007.
According the Porter Police Department, which handled the investigation along with Child Protective Services, officers learned about the allegations on March 26, 2012. Interviews with the victim and suspect led to the charges.
