VALPARAISO | A Hebron man faces two felony charges after a girl claims he had sex with her twice on a night in 2011 when they were camping in a tent in his yard

Johnathan Voeller, 37, of 118 North Main St., is charged with A and C felony counts of child molesting.

The girl reportedly told police she was 12 when the incidents occurred.

Voeller first denied the accusations, saying his memory of the night in question was vague, police said. He also described the girl as mature for her age and said she had made advances toward him that he did not reciprocate.

After taking a voice-stress analysis test, Voeller admitted to touching the girl inappropriately and allowing her to touch him, according to charging information.
