A Hebron man died Saturday after falling five stories from a hotel balcony in St. Joseph, Mich.

David Ginter, 38, was killed after falling from a fifth-floor balcony at the Silver Beach Hotel, according to a news release from St. Joseph police.

Officials don't suspect foul play, police said.

According to news reports, Ginter stayed at the hotel so many times workers knew him by name.

The area is a Lake Michigan beach tourist destination.
