Historic region Civil War sacrifices honored with Christmas wreaths

The Salem Cemetery grave of Pvt. Benjamin Shoup was among 80 receiving Christmas wreaths during the past two weeks. Shoup, who served in an Ohio regiment during the Civil War, worked as a Hebron constable after the war.
