KOUTS | The Kankakee Valley Historical Society will hold this month's general meeting, which is open to the public, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Kouts Library, 101 E. Daumer Road.

The program will be "Historic Railroads of Northwest Indiana." Railroad historian Ken Hough will be the presenter.
