KOUTS | “How To Build A Positive Attitude and Keep the Darn Thing” will be the focus of the 6lst annual meeting of the Porter County Soil & Water Conservation District held at 6:30 p.m. March 6 at the Hopewell Mennonite Fellowship Hall, 805 N. Main St.
The cost is $10 per person.
The evening will begin with a country buffet meal and include a short business meeting with the recognition of Conservation Farmer of the Year, Dennis Steinhilber, and the election of a board supervisor.
Motivational speaker Charlie Adams will offer a keynote address on building a positive attitude, including how to put a positive spin on everything and the power of the attitude of gratitude. Adams, a former reporter for WSBT-News in South Bend, draws from a wealth of experience interviewing a host of extraordinary people.
