BURNS HARBOR | A worker from the ArcelorMittal Burns Harbor coke plant was injured Friday.

The worker, who was not identified, fell at the facility Friday, said Mary Beth Holdford, a spokeswoman for ArcelorMittal. The worker was employed at the plant as a contractor through The American Group of Constructors.

The American Group of Constructors declined to comment Tuesday afternoon about the injury.

ArcelorMittal and the group did not release information about the nature or severity of the injury.
