PORTAGE | Quinton Aaron, best known for his role as Michael Oher in "The Blind Side," will appear from 6  to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Quaker Steak & Lube.

Aaron's visit is part of his foundation's 45-day Anti-Bullying Tour. Aaron will speak with guests and sign autographs.

The foundation, formed in October 2012, aims to bring awareness to the issues of bullying and childhood obesity.

"I want to educate young children and teenagers by calling attention to bullying. When kids are involved in bullying, they often play more than one role. It is important to understand the multiple roles kids play in order to effectively prevent and respond to bullying," Aaron said in a news release.

The restaurant is at 6245 AmeriPlex Drive. For more information, call (330) 433-9464.
