Company denies employee sexually harassed at center
HAMMOND | A company whose Portage employees were accused of wrapping a former female co-worker in packing plastic and parading her around a warehouse denied the allegations, according to court filings Wednesday.
Vickie Galluzzo filed a federal civil lawsuit in November alleging co-workers at the Portage distribution center of Hosley International, an Illinois-based household decor company, sexually harassed her and created a hostile working environment.
The company and co-defendants Glenn Gibertini and Peter Gerike have denied Galluzzo's allegations in their answers to her complaint.
