PORTAGE | It is that time of year once again! The annual Portage Exchange Club’s Bill Proctor Memorial Golf Outing will be held Monday, May 13, 2013, at The Brassie Golf Club in Chesterton starting at 10:00 a.m.
This is the best outing for the dollar you will be in all year. For the $70.00 entry fee per player, you will get 18 holes of golf at a premier golf course; doughnuts and beverage at registration; a sleeve of balls; four beverages of your choice in a small cooler; a sandwich lunch at the turn; a dinner catered by Cappo’s Restaurant following the golf; a door prize and chance for other prizes.
You can take advantage of a special $20.00 discount on a 4-person team ($260.00 instead of the usual $280.00) if the entry fee is paid by April 20th.
Businesses and individuals who wish to sponsor a hole may do so for $100. A Signs with hole sponsor names will be prominently displayed at each hole and the names will also be printed in the golf outing program.
The funds raised from this outing will be used for Prevention of Child Abuse programs, including the Needy Kids Christmas project (Bill’s favorite Exchange project), and Americanism programs.
