HAMMOND | A Portage man pleaded guilty Wednesday to having child pornography on his computer, court records state.
Michael Hostetler was indicted on one count of receiving child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography in July.
FBI agents obtained a search warrant and confiscated three laptop computers, two iPhones, two thumb drives and numerous DVDs from Hostetler's home in the 7000 block of Nottingham Avenue in June, documents state.
After going through the files, agents found several depictions of minors engaging in sexual activities, documents state.
A sentencing was set for Feb. 22.
