PORTAGE | Through collaboration between Portage Parks and Recreation, Portage Chamber of Commerce and Portage Live Entertainment, a 13-concert series of Summer Music in the Park will be presented from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays, June 4 through Aug. 27. All concerts will be held indoors at either the Sycamore Hall or Oakwood Grand Hall.
Concerts are free and open to the public. Music ranges from ’40s and ’50s to rock ’n' roll, swing, blues, contemporary and a Jimmy Buffet tribute, all featuring local talent.
The concerts are made possible by donations from The John W. Anderson Foundation and the Portage business community.

Aug. 27, Larry Spurlock Little Big Band, big band music.
