WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP | More than 1,000 professionals are expected to attend this year's annual Chamber Network Night sponsored by the Porter County Chamber Coalition at the Porter County Expo Center, 215 E. Division Road.

The event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Oct. 17 with more than 150 exhibitors and including Entrepreneur's Row, which highlights new, start-up businesses, giving them a platform to connect with potential customers and meet the people  behind the county business community.

After the business-to-business expo, attendees can continue to network at the Business After Hours gathering hosted by Citizens Financial Bank and Porter Health Care System. In addition to food from county vendors, entertainment will be provided by 27 Entertainment.

The network night is organized by the chambers of commerce from Chesterton/Duneland, Hebron, Kouts, Portage and Valparaiso. The event is held to help businesses find solutions, generate leads and learn from other businesses. Citizens Financial is the grand sponsor of the network night.
