Garage/bake sale

DYER | Village Church of Dyer will hold a garage sale and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 14849 93rd Ave., to benefit Women at Risk International, an organization formed to help those caught up in human trafficking. OLG chili cook-off

HIGHLAND | Our Lady of Grace Home and School Association will host a chili cook-off and silent auction from 5 to 8 p.m. in the school cafeteria at 3025 Highway Ave. Tickets are $6 at the door for adults, $3 for children and those 3 years old and younger are free. Spaghetti for scholars dinner

SOUTH HOLLAND | Christ Our Savior Catholic School will host a spaghetti dinner to benefit the Tuition Scholarship Fund from noon to 4 p.m. at 900 E. 154th St. Dinner includes spaghetti with or without meatballs, salad, Italian bread and dessert. Beverages available to purchase. There will be raffles, prizes and split the pot. Entertainment will be provided by musical group Amani Sauti. The cost is $6 in advance and $8 at the door. Church family nights

HOBART | Barrington Ridge Baptist Church will serve dinners from 6 to 8 p.m. in the church fellowship hall at 97 Bracken Parkway. The price is $3 for singles and $8 for families. Stations of the Cross
