UNION TOWNSHIP | A 32-year-old South Haven man faces multiple charges after authorities clocked him driving 120 miles per hour through rural Porter County.
Jeffrey Burriss is charged with resisting law enforcement, driving while suspended and reckless driving.
According to investigators, an officer tried to stop Burriss about 5 p.m. Monday in the area of Ind. 130 and County Road 475 West for riding a "wheelie" with a passenger.
Police said Burriss then fled, reaching speeds of 120 mph, according to authorities. The driver eventually stopped at County Line Orchard on County Line Road.
