VALPARAISO | Men and women who are already divorced or have filed for divorce are invited to work through this emotional ordeal with others in a 10-week program.

Topics for discussion are the process of divorce, self-image, stress, anger, blame and guilt, loneliness, forgiveness, happiness, and pathways to growth.

Experienced facilitators will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. with participants, using the workbook "Divorce and Beyond" by Brother James Greteman, Leon Haverkamp and Elsie P. Radtke, which is available for $10 at the first session.

These sessions will begin on Jan. 8 in the Newman Room at St. Paul Church, 1855 W. Harrison Blvd.

Contact Mary Kane Mauer at (219) 464-4831 or 1855stpaulcathchurch@live.com to register for the program.
