• Dietary Supplements: “To Use or Not to Use?” That is the Question
One day you read this “new supplement” is the latest and greatest, and the next day you read just the opposite. So do you take it or not? • Manage Your Asthma
Don’t simply cope with your asthma symptoms; learn how to work with your physician to better manage them with an asthma action plan. The event will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22 in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.
• Vaccines Aren’t Just for Children
