VALPARAISO | According the Journal of Clinical Psychology, the number one New Year’s resolution is to lose weight. To help you follow through on that resolution in a healthy way, Porter Regional Hospital will present “Fad Diets: A Quick Fix or Diet Disaster?” at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.

If you are thinking about going gluten-free, eliminating dairy from your day, or if the Paleo Diet has you curious, join Clinical Registered Dietitian Mindy McConnell as she discusses the ins and outs of these latest trends in dieting.
