VALPARAISO | Police are investigating reports of a man following teenage girls at Kirchoff Park at 400 N. Roosevelt Road.

The teens reported seeing the man on numerous occasions this week and said he made them uncomfortable by following and and staring at them, police said.

Others also reported the same behavior, though police have been unable to locate the man.

The man was described as white, 40-50 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, with an average to thin build and dark brown curly hair, police said. He was wearing an orange T-shirt and light bluejeans, and rides a bicycle to the park each day.
