VALPARAISO | Tickets are available for Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County’s 13th annual Steak & Burger Dinner and Silent Auction to be held Oct. 15 at Valparaiso University’s Harre Union.
Steak & Burger Dinner is designed to bring community leaders and Boys & Girls Club members together. Tables are shared by adults and club members to offer the opportunity for both to exchange experiences and enjoy a meal together. At this unique dinner, the club members are served steaks and everyone else eats burgers.
All proceeds will benefit the programs and services provided by Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County to nearly 5,000 youth annually.
Doors open at 5:15 p.m. and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. Acclaimed speaker Jim “Basketball” Jones will bring his inspirational and entertaining message about overcoming personal challenges.
Table sponsorship opportunities are still available and range from $200 to $1,500. Individual tickets are available for $100 each.
