A colorful slide presentation, handouts and resources will be included in the presentation that will cover the types of tulips that are most likely to return year after year, bulbs that deer don't like, and minor bulbs that provide a perfect backdrop for the major players.
This program will be presented by instructor Jean Starr, and it will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Oct. 18 in the Taltree Arboretum classroom located at 71 N. County Road 500 West. Cost: Members $12 and non-members $15. For more information, call (219) 462-0025.
