Thank you for stepping up and helping us to fight for the health, education and financial stability of everyone in Porter County. The United Way is more than your community’s connector; we are your business partner. The United Way workplace campaign helps you engage your employees, develop your team members and retain your organization’s talent. From leadership opportunities to team-building fun, your organization can support our community and connect with your employees though the United Way of Porter County.

This year’s campaign includes new, fresh tactics such as text to give and customized online giving forms for your employees. Our Campaign Team includes truly dynamic individuals donating their time from organizations such as 1st Source Bank, Teacher’s Credit Union, Family House, Boys and Girls Clubs of Northwest Indiana, Duneland Family YMCA, Better Choices Better Lives and Opportunity Enterprises, as well as individual volunteers through the United Way’s RSVP Program. Mark Chamberlain and Tim Rice, with Lakeside Wealth Management, are graciously chairing the campaign this year, bringing a tremendous amount of energy and leadership to our efforts.

On behalf of the people who will be helped this year, thank you for all your hard work. It takes people like you, who go above and beyond, to make this campaign successful.

We are more than fundraisers. We are the hand-raisers. Game-changers. Problem solvers. Community leaders. We tackle problems that others shy away from.

We’re mobilizing a workplace campaign force that can inspire others to join the fight against Porter County’s most daunting social issues. It feels good to be a part of something bigger and joining together to provide solutions. That’s why over 400 companies across Porter County hold United Way campaigns every year.

When you hold a United Way campaign at your workplace, you’re opening your employees and co-workers to easy ways they can make a difference — like donating through payroll deductions or volunteering at an event or partner agency. You are giving them the opportunity to make a direct impact and vote for our community.

We’ll give you everything you need. Just add your imagination and you’re ready to go!

Thank you for joining the fight.
