I may not understand the laws, but I thought it was illegal to smoke in a public building. Is a polling place a public building, if only for one day? My polling place is the Hessville Eagles, and it was almost overpowering to breathe by the time I finished my vote. My jacket reeked of smoke.

It was disgusting.
