Scratch the itch. Someone might help you scratch your itch, but it is better that you scratch your own itch. Scratch some of their itches, and teach them how to scratch their own itches.

No matter what, you are going to itch; they are going to itch. All of us, sooner or later, will have to scratch our itches.

So scratch, scratch, scratch the itch.
