I have noticed a change in this world which is not very good. I have noticed that people have a hard time sticking to what they believe in, that money makes the person, and not the other way around. People are becoming crueler and more careless with the environment. People are forgetting what we are about as a nation, not as an individual.

I think we should act a little kinder to one another. Pick up trash in your surrounding areas whether or not it's yours, smile at someone whether you're mad or not, and shake hands with someone just because. Offering to help someone when you are hurting shows character and that friends are what we as a nation are about.

You are not the only one hurting, so help change the world by doing one single act of kindness to someone or something. As a team, we can make this a better world for all, and in doing so we as individuals will feel better too.
