More and more people have been starting to become concerned with gun manufacturing. Many want Congress to limit the sale of assault rifles because of the recent killings across the nation.
There is no reason, in my opinion, to limit this sale. Killings are not happening because of guns; it is because of the person who holds it. If Congress wanted to act seriously about these murderers, then they should make it a law to have everyone complete a psychological test before being allowed to handle any weapon. This would ensure that the owner is in the right state of mind to purchase such a harmful weapon.
Guns do kill people, but the people who are in control are the ones to really blame. It is simply unfair to the others who want to own a gun for safety precautions or hunting activities.
