Bring higher end stores to Hobart, Merrillville

Who is in charge of the shopping area in Hobart/Merrillville? I've lived in this area for 20 years, and it is a shame to see that area fall. We are losing good stores and bringing in these "budget" stores.

They should take lessons from the Munster/Highland area. Why are all the new up-and-coming stores going to that area?

Whoever is in charge, please bring our shopping area back to life!

I know so many people who drive an extra 20 to 30 minutes just to shop in another area. Why? Because we get riffraff and budget stores, and the higher-end stores go elsewhere.

Please bring our shopping area back. Enough budget stores!
