Congress should be subject to Obamacare, too

Doing my daily ritual, having my morning coffee and reading The Times, I just want to say a big thank you to Art Clemens for his point of view in the letters column ("Congress should follow same rules as everyone else," Aug. 19). I have written something similar on this before.

I don't know how we can make this happen. The people we elect to represent us forget us and receive personal gains for themselves. They should be forced to have the same Obamacare forced on us, the health insurance benefits compliments of the taxpayer.

As he stated, what gives those who represent us the privilege and the right to be exempt from any plan like Obamacare? They are still citizens and should be held to the same standard as any other citizen.

Yes, this is discrimination at its worst.
