In response to whether Congress and staff were exempt from Obamacare, they are in the plan but are being subsidized by "we the taxpayers" to cover 75 percent of the cost. That is what congressional leaders went to President Barack Obama to argue for.

I'm assuming this was for the cost of the premium only. However, we know what happens when we assume.
