Ask yourself if not you, but your country, is in better condition than it was four years ago. With more federal debt, more deaths as we try to be the world's policeman and more stagnation of our governmental services, you have to say we are not better off.

Unfortunately, President Barack Obama might be re-elected for three reasons. He is a gifted orator. He has bought votes with money and special privileges to select groups. He has a busy propaganda machine known as the major media. People who get all of their political information from the 6 p.m. news think he is doing a wonderful job.

Unfortunately, when he says the 1 percent should do more for the 99 percent, he means the USA is the 1 percent and we must lower our standard of living.

A vote for Obama is a vote for a more socialistic country, more controls and less freedom.
