Do your job, Porter County Sheriff Dave Lain!

Lain was elected by the people to be our sheriff. Taking fingerprints for gun permits is his department's job, not that of some outside vendor.

Is this because officers don't want ink on their fingers? This is one job that should be done by law enforcement.

How much is the department getting for farming this out? Or is this the Democratic way?
