Putting a two-time, three-time or even a four-time DUI driver back on the road is like putting us victims in an Army vehicle on the roads in Afghanistan.

It's going to keep on happening until a sleeping government wakes up our court system. Are we heartless? We want answers. Or can't our courts handle our dismay.
