Crown Point's decision to enlarge the sports complex on North Street was a great idea. Holding area tournaments at this location will undoubtedly attract out-of-towners who will patronize nearby motels, restaurants and other shops.

A free trolley running from the sports complex to downtown and past other locations is also a great idea. There should be simple maps available at the sports complex that indicate the town's food establishments, pharmacies, auto repair shops and antique dealers that out-of-towners may want to find during their visit to Crown Point. Perhaps nearby hotels/motels need to be on this map, too.

Crown Point continues to be a great town in which to live. City planners are going in the right direction in trying to attract more visitors who will support our local businesses.
