Democrats created thousands of homeless people when they tore down Cabrini-Green, the Taylor apartments, thousands of Gary houses, and foreclosed on people whom the Democrats allowed to buy houses they couldn’t afford.

Now they are making amends by building 60 apartments in Gary for the homeless for only $200,000 of taxpayer money for each apartment. Of course the rent will be paid for by taxpayers; the homeless wouldn’t need help if they could afford to rent an apartment in the first place.

At least these apartments cost less than the luxury apartment complex being built in Orland Park which cost $210,000 per unit.

This is a really great project; not only will it help the homeless, it will also help all the “Big Brothers” who will be there to get their share.
