Drive near speed limit or turn in your keys

To drivers who insist on driving 10 to 15 miles an hour below the posted speed limit, I say this: The person trapped behind you may be responding to a family emergency, needing to get to the hospital ER to comfort an injured child or parent or maybe just needs to find a bathroom in a hurry. By driving so slow, you are the roadblock keeping any of that from happening.

If you are incapable of driving at the posted speed limit on a clear, dry road, day or night, it is time to hang up the keys and sell the car!

The least you could do is let someone else drive you to where you need to go.
