So what happened to equal employment in this country? I have a severe hearing disability and despite that, was able to attend and graduate college with a bachelor's degree in secondary education.

I am now in year five post-graduation and have been unable to find a teaching job anywhere in the state.

To gain experience, I have been subbing and have been looking for a second job for evenings to supplement my income. Despite applying for and interviewing, I have been unable to get a job like that.

I am now uncertain of how to proceed as I cannot land a teaching job because of a disability and/or inexperience, and now I cannot even secure a job that requires no college.

What am I to do since I have been left behind by the system? Equal opportunity seems dead in this country.
