The media might tell you there is safety from the fiscal cliff for now. The real fact is that both parties failed to do the right thing and make real budget cuts to reduce the out-of-control government spending.
Tax increases on the wealthy are nothing more than smoke and mirrors to rile up people against good ol' capitalism, hard work and success. Those are what made this country so great and brought us the technology which makes our lives much easier.
What hurts the working class more: someone who creates jobs, is successful, wealthy, and paying nearly 80 percent of our tax burden, or the growing size of a big government that takes more and more from our paychecks to fund its own existence?
We will continue to see fewer jobs, along with high unemployment, gas and food prices. The current $16 trillion national debt and the $1.3 trillion annual deficit are the real fiscal cliff.
