Find new uses for invading Asian carp population

A few ideas to solve the infestation of Asian carp into our great lakes. Fertilizer for farmers growing crops instead of all the chemicals that are now used.

Food for domesticated pets and feeding at zoos, water shows where dolphins and other mammals are trained.

I have read articles where chefs are already including carp on their menus. Carp is eaten all over the world in impoverished areas to sustain them.

There must be a solution to this problem.
