Why doesn't someone in Washington put a bill on the floor similar to the Marshal Plan to rebuild the USA?

Why are billions and billions of our tax dollars going to the Middle East to people who hate us and burn our flag?

Why are we still in Afghanistan? Osama bin Laden has been scuba diving in the Indian Ocean over a year now.

Why does Washington only want extended unemployment and free medical for the citizens, instead of creating good paying jobs?

Why don't the states and cities make more vocational and technical school to give people a trade to work in?
